城市污水的SBR法脱氮除磷处理实验

摘    要:采用SBR工艺对沈阳市的城市污水进行生物脱氮除磷处理,其工艺运行模式:进水0.05h,搅拌0.95h,曝气3.5h,沉淀1h,排水0.05h,待机0.45h;测定项目:进出水的COD,TN,TP,PH;曝气池中污泥的MLSS,SVI及一个运行周期(6h)内的COD,TN,TP.结果:当MLSS值为1330~3009mg/L时,出口COD值0~34mg/L,去除率为67.62%~100%;TN浓度0.6~1.7mg/L,去除率95.44%~98.59%;TP浓度0.4~2.95mg/L,去除率为32.8%~88.5%.

Abstract:The technical process of using SBR technology to dispose Shenyang' s sewage in the way of removing biololgically nitrogen and phosphors is as follows: Taking in water 0.05 h, stirring 0.95 h, aeration 3.5 h, precipitation 1 h, draining away water 0.05 h, waiting for the next operation 0.45 h; The items for testing are as following: The COD,TN,TP,PH in entering and exiting water. The MLSS.SVI in the aeration tank and the COD,TN,TP within a cycle (6 h). The results are as follows: When MLSS is 1330-3009 mg/L, the exiting COD is 0-34 mg/L, and the sewage removing rate is 67.62% - 100% , when the concentration of TN is 0.6 - 1.7 mg/L the sewage removing rate is 95.44 % - 98.59 % ; When the concentration of TP is 0.4 - 2.95 mg/L, the sewage removing rate is 32.8 % - 88.5 % .
