摘 要: | 以问卷星软件为载体,对大学生的择业观与就业满意度等基本就业情况进行了统计调查.采用单因素方差和相关分析等分析方法,剖析了影响大学生择业观与就业满意度的主要原因,得出如下结论:科学的、适合自己的择业条件对提高就业满意度具有显著作用.

Abstract: | In the present paper, theemployment concept and employment satisfaction of college students were analyzed based on the software of Wenjuanxing.The main reasons which affect the employment idea and employment satisfactionwere analyzed utilizing One-way analysis of variance(One-way ANOVA) and correlation analysis. The results show that scientific and suitable occupation condition is criticalto improve employment satisfaction. |
