苞叶大黄的化学成分研究

摘    要:对苞叶大黄根茎的化学成分进行研究,用95%乙醇对苞叶大黄根茎进行提取,采用大孔树脂、硅胶、凝胶等综合层析方法对提取物进行分离纯化,并根据质谱、NMR、IR等波谱数据对分离得到的单体化合物进行化学结构鉴定.从苞叶大黄根茎中分离得到15个单体化合物,分别为:大黄素、大黄酚、芦荟大黄素、torachrysone-8-O-β-...

Chemical constituents of Rheum Alexandrae

Abstract:The chemical constituents of the rhizomes of Rheum Alexandrae were studied. The rhizomes were extracted with 95% ethanol. The extracts were separated by combined chromatographic methods including silica gel and sephadex gel. Their structure were elucidated based on MS, NMR,IR data and those reported in the documents. Fifteen compounds were isolated from the rhizome and stem of Rheum Alexandrae, including emodin, chrysophanol, aloe-emodin, torachrysone-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, physcion, 4-hydroxyacetophenone, eloe-emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 2-methoxy-6-acetyl-7-methyljuglone, physcion-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, emodin-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 4-O-β-D-glycopyranosyl-acetophenone, 6-hydroxymusizin-1-O-β-D-glycopyranoside, aloe-emodin-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, polydatin and desoxyhaponyicin. All these 15 compounds were isolated from R. Alexandrae for the first time.
