批判、构建与困境：女性主义生命伦理学的三联画

批判、构建和困境构成了女性主义生命伦理学发展的三幅画面。女性主义对传统生命伦理学的普遍主义、个人主义和权力机制提出了尖锐批判,并提出特殊化的经验主义理念、关系化的情境道德主张及消解权力的对策,但因缺乏构建性而产生理论困境与权力悖论。女性主义生命伦理学作为一场从医疗卫生领域通向社会政治领域的思想运动,对当代生命伦理学的发展具有积极的参考意义与对话价值,并为在我国生育政策重大变革下如何保障女性利益提供了借鉴。

Criticism,Construction and Dilemma:Triptych of Feminist Bioethics

Criticism,construction and dilemma constitute the triptych of the development of feminist bioethics.Feminism has sharply criticized the universalism,individualism,and power mechanism of traditional bioethics.But,its specialized empiricism and situational moral claims are insufficient,and it also has inherent theoretical dilemmas and power paradoxes.Feminist bioethics as an ideological movement from the medical and health field to the socio-political field has a positive reference and dialogue value for the development of contemporary bioethics,and provides a reference for how to protect women’s interests under the changes of fertility policy.
