| Abstract: | The chemical potential is a very important physical quantity in chemical thermodynamics. It fulfills an important function in how judging the direction of the process (e. g. changes of phases and chemical reactions), the process of research changing from ideal systems to real systems and the study of colligative properties of solutions of involatile solutes. The authors of this paper have explained this point of view bysome examples. |
