| 摘 要： | 对国际品牌企业成功应用的＂六西格玛＂管理方法和企业文化进行了分析,将其5项特征（对顾客需求的高度关注、高度依赖统计数据、重视改善业务流程、积极开展主动改进型管理、倡导无界限合作和勤于学习的企业文化）与应用型本科院校的教学管理工作对照,从中得到启发与帮助.
