| 摘 要： | 公共多媒体教室充分利用多媒体优势，优化了教学过程.目前高校公共多媒体教室均承担了巨量的授课任务，其管理运营的好坏将直接影响教学质量.以吉首大学吉首校区为例，分析了目前高校公共多媒体教室管理运营的现状，并提出了改善目前现状的一系列对策：规则统一；设备统一；管理规范；积极运营.
