对大学生体质测试的现状调查与对策研究——以河南济源职业技术学院学生为例

大学生身心健康、体魄强健、意志坚强、充满活力，是一个民族旺盛生命力的体现。是社会文明进步的标志，是国家综合国力的重要体现。本文以济源职业技术学院大一大二学生为调查对象，运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等对大学生体质状况进行调查研究，提出了增强大学生体质健康的措施。

Investigation of the College Students' Physique and the Countermeasures——Taking the Students in Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College as Example

The college students being both physically and mentally healthy,strong-willed and full of vigor reflect a nation's great vitality.It's also the sign of the progress of social civilization and comprehensive national power.The paper investigates the freshmen and sophomores in Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College and studies their physique with methods of documentary analysis,investigation,logical analysis and statistics.It puts forward the countermeasures of promoting the students' physique.
