3种方法提取巨桉树根的化感成分分析报告

以正己烷作浸提剂,用冷浸、超声、索氏3种不同方法浸提巨桉的树根,然后用气质联用仪(GC-MS)检测浸提液的化学成分.分析结果表明,3种方法共检测到烷烃、烯烃、芳香烃、醇、醛、酮、蒽醌、萜类、烯酸酯、芳香酸酯、含N的化合物共11类48种不同化感物质,超声浸提是3种提取方法中较为合理的一种方法,对巨桉化感作用的研究有一定的指导意义,其超声浸提技术有待进一步提高和研究.

Report of Three Different Extractions on the Allelopathic Substances in Root of Eucalyptus grandis

Root of Eucalyptus grandis have been naturally,ultrasonically and continuously extracted with hexane,and have been identified with gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).The result shows:3 different extractions of root contain 48 organic compounds belonging to 11 different categories,including alkanes,alkenes,arenes,alcohols,aldehydes,ketones,a terpene,a anthracenedione,a alkenoate,arenoates and compounds containing nitrogen,ultrasonic extraciont is a more reasonable way than the other two,which is important to research allelopathy of Eucalyptus grandis,but ultrasonic technology should be further improved and studied.
