变性滤料过滤除铁的研究

摘    要:在过滤除铁工艺中,利用变性滤料可以很好地改善初期水的水质,使滤池一投入使用出水水质即能满足水质要求,同时也大大地缩短了滤料的成熟期。文中论述了变性滤料用于除铁过程的理论基础、变性滤料的制作和几种变性滤料用于除铁过程的试验结果,并基于吸附理论,建立了选择变性滤料的数学模型,研究了源水水质对变性滤料除铁的影响和滤池的最佳工况。

Abstract:Denatured filtering media are used in the filtration process for iron removal, which can improve water quality during initial filtering. As soon as the filtering is put into operation, the quality of filtered water will reach the water quality standard. At the same time, the mature period of filtering media is greatly shortened. The paper discusses the theoretical basis of the denatured filtering media used in the iron removal procedure, the manufacturing process of denatured filtering media, and the test results of several kinds of denatured filtering medin used for iron removal. A mathematical model for selecting denatured filtering media is set up in accordance with the adsorption theory and a research of the influence of raw water quality on the iron removal of denatured filtering media and the optimum operation condition of the filter is made.
