木质素在厌氧生物处理过程中的转化

摘    要:碱法草浆黑液可以直接进行厌氧生物处理,处理前后的黑液用酸析法提取木质素时总耗酸量基本相同,但从处理后黑液中提取出的粗木素纯度较高,红外、紫外光谱、凝胶色谱与元素分析等结果表明,厌氧处理前后木质素分子的基本结构单元保持不变,但分子量大于10000的木素大分子有向小分子转化的趋势,厌氧处理前后的木质素都为难以生化降解的高分子物质。

Abstract:Black liquor from alkaline straw-pulping mill is amenable to treatment with anaerobic biological process. Both lignins from raw black liquor and effluent black liquor can be extracted with acidification method. Total acid consumptions are similar but the purity of effluent lignin is higher than that of the raw lignin. It is shown by the IR and UV spectra, gel permeation chromatography and elemental analysis that the basis structure of lignin molecule remains in original state but the portion of high molecular weight(>10 000)tends to transform to lower MW.Both lignins are bio-recalcitrant macropolymers.
