| 摘 要： | 本文从传统企业家理论的分析入手，结合国内学者的企业家定义，从企业家的三种能力的培养途径论述，对张维迎的准企业家模型的一般性进行界定，给出了国有企业的准企业家概念，论证了我国国有企业的准企业家的普遍存在。提出了应从创新能力和风险承担能力的培养入手，尽快深化改革，造就我国国企真正意义上的企业家队伍，以提高国有企业的经营效率和经营效益。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the traditional theory of entrepreneur and the internal definition of entrepreneur. We offer the definition of quasi- entrepreneur of own-stated enterprise from the Zhang Weiying's model and three methods of training the abilities of entrepreneur. We conclude that there are generally quasi- entrepreneurs in own-stated enterprises. Thus we should deepen reform to bring up the group of the entrepreneurs of own-stated enterprises so as to develop the management efficiency and economic benefits of our own-stated enterprises by training the abilities of the entrepreneur's innovations and risks. |
