自由进食高脂类食物后大鼠血流变和D-二聚体变化的研究

摘    要:观察大鼠自由进食高脂类食物后的血液流变及D-二聚体定性指标的变化趋势.选择大鼠随机分组,喂食高脂类食物,分别在10d、30d、60d、90d采静脉血抗凝,以全自动血液流变快测仪检测血粘度指标,免疫凝集法作D-二聚体定性检测.进食高脂类食物初期,大鼠的全血高切粘度指标呈显著下降,纤维蛋白原呈显著升高;持续进食高脂类食物后,全血粘度指标开始平稳上升,红细胞变形指数下降,60d、90d组中个别大鼠血浆D-二聚体检测出现阳性,提示大鼠血循环系统可能有血栓形成.平衡的脂肪类供给对大鼠的正常生理功能有益,而长期进食高脂类食物将对大鼠的生理功能产生强烈的负作用.

Abstract:To investigate the changing trend of the rat's hemorheology indexes and D-dimer qualitative markers after being fed with high-fat food. After being selected and divided into groups randomly,the rats were fed with high-fat food,then their venous anticoagulant blood samples were collected in 10 d,30 d,60 d,90 d respectively.The hemorheology indexes were detected with automatic hemorheology test equipment and D-dimer was tested with immune coagulation.
