| 摘 要： | 该文基于经济学边际原理和方法论思想，在综合考虑用户和电网拥有者双方利益的前提下，建立电力网络损耗分摊的数学模型，推导出一类网损分摊方法，并统一解释了现有的几种方法，通过进一步实例分析指出各种方法中存在的合理与不合理之处。

| Abstract: | The principles of losses allocation are discussed based on the marginal loss principle and methodology. An allocation model is proposed, considering both benefits of users and network owners in a certain sense. On the basis of this observation, a group of allocation approaches are presented. The reasonability of these methods are also analyzed. |
