Abstract:The methodology to realize 8-bit parallel bi-direction interruption communication between MCS-51 single chip microcomputer and PC/XT by using chip 8255, is propsed The principles for this methodology are described and interfaces for hardware and software have been given so that the realization of real-time data transmission at high speed can be achieved between 8-bit PCs in LAN communications
