摘    要:蜂蜜中含有多种上糖类,采用化学法测定时间长,而且对蔗糖、葡萄糖成分的测定可能偏高于实际含量。采用液相色谱法,蜂蜜样品经水解后,以鼠李糖作为内标,差示折乐检测器检测,直接分离和测定蜂蜜中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖含量。该方法快速、灵敏、准确、操作方便。

Abstract:There are a variety of carbohydrates in honey, but the time to detect is long and the detected contents of sucrose and glucose are possibly higher than the truth. With HPLC, fructose, glucose, sucrose and maltsugar can be directly separated and determined, the rhamnose is the internal standard and refractive index detector is the detector. This method is efficient, sensitive, accurate and convenient.
