光在周期分割的波导中的混沌行为

摘    要:展示周期分割波导中的波混沌现象,并分析该混沌现象的属性.数值波分析表明,周期分割波导的量子相空间结构与庞加莱截面相似,它们都是混合相空间,其中稳定"岛"被混沌"海"包围.进而会有一些新奇的现象发生.例如在高度多模的波导中,输入的高斯光束不会发散.

Abstract:This paper will show wave chaos in periodic segmented waveguides,so as to tell the fact that multimode periodic segmented waveguides(PSW) are versatile optical systems.Using numerical wave analysis,we find that structures of quantum phase space of PSW display a mixed phase space.They are similar to Poincaré sections.Stability islands are surrounded by the chaotic sea.Because of these properties of wave chaos,we can discover same special light behaviors.E.g.input gaussian beams do not diverge during the propagation in a highly multimode waveguide.
