预应力硬态切削对轴承套圈加工表面残余应力及形态的影响

摘    要:理论分析和实践表明,已加工表面上合适的残余压应力的分布能提高机器零部件的表面质量和接触疲劳强度及寿命,本文针对轴承套圈外滚道表面残余应力的问题,采用预应力硬态切削方法,以主动控制轴承零件加工表面残余应力状态,提高轴承零件的疲劳寿命。文中对比和分析了硬态干式切削、预应力硬态切削和磨削三种方法加工轴承套圈得到的加工表面残余应力,并研究了加工表面硬度、表面粗糙度以及表面状态等。结果表明,预应力硬态切削可以获得满意的残余压应力状态和较好的表面质量。

Abstract:Theoretical analysis and practice show that the appropriate distribution of residual compressive stress on the machined surface can improve the surface quality of machine parts and prolong their contact fatigue life. Aiming at the residual stress problems on the outside race of bearing ring, this paper applied a pre-stress hard cutting method to actively control the residual stress state on the bearing ring contact surface and improve fatigue life of bearing. To machine bearing ring, three different processing methods, which are hard dry cutting, pre-stress hard cutting and grinding are implemented in the paper, the respectively obtained machined surface states such as residual stress, and surface hardness and roughness are compared and analyzed. The results indicate that we can get satisfied residual compressive stress state and good surface quality by applying pre-stress cutting method.
