| 摘 要： | 地方政府是大学生创业支持体系中的重要主体之一。论文在对福建省进行了抽样调查的基础上,从创业融资、创业政策针对性、配套实施方案、创业政策整体系统性等出发,分析了目前我国地方政府主体职能发挥存在的不足和认识误区,提出了提高地方政府主体职能在构建大学生创业支持体系中的改进策略。

| Abstract: | Local government is one of the main bodies in college students innovative undertaking supporting systems.Based on a sample survey in Fujian Provine,the paper analyzes the existing shortcomings and misunderstandings of the functions of local government,thus brings forward solutions on how to improve the functions of local government in constructing college students innovative undertaking supporting systems from points of capital financing,policies,accompanying implementation schemes and the overall systematic nature of the policies. |
