云芝菌丝三相悬浮液流变特性研究

摘    要:云芝真菌在摇瓶里进行液体悬浮培养,使用NDJ-2G(改)对菌丝悬浮液液固两相体系进行精确测量表明:该体系具有Bingham液体行为.将无菌空气通入该体系,用4535-1型旋转圆盘粘度计(RDV)再行测量发现:云芝气液固三相体系仍具有Bingham行为.用数值方法对测量结果分析表明:三相体系与原两相体系相比,随着气含率增加,其屈服剪应力有显著降低,但其塑性粘度却有较小增加.

Abstract:Polystictus versicolor is cultivated in shaking flasks.The accurate measurement by using a refitted NKJ-2G type of rotating cylinder viscometer indicates that the liquid-solid two-phase system of the mycelial suspension has Bingham rheological behaviour.Blending the suspension with aseptic air and measuring the rheological property by a rotating disk viscometer(model 4535-1)again, it is discoverd that the gas-liquid-solid three-phase system also has Bingham behaviour. The results by numerical analyses show apparently that when the voidage increases,the yield shear stress decreases a lot,but the plastic viscositv has a little bit increase.
