摘    要:城市供暖方式按与电力生产的关系分为热电联产式、热电分产式和电热式。在比较供暖方式的能源利用率时,传统的热电分摊方法存有争议。为此,提出新的热电分摊方法,其研究的对象是各种采暖方式加相关供电方式组成的全能量供暖模式。此方法首先确定各种供暖方式所匹配的相关供电方式,并根据热电联产供暖模式的热电比确定各供暖模式的基准目标热电比;其次从城市整体利益的角度,确定各种供暖方式的全周期组成;再搜集每种供暖模式各环节的效率性能数据,计算出相对终端用能的全能量效率来进行比较。

Abstract:City heating modes can be divided into three types based on its relation and power production: cogeneration, separate generation of heat power and electrothermal. Traditional heat electricity share method has been disputed in evaluation on energy utilization efficiency of city heating modes. The new heat electricity share method is put forward, whose research object is overall energy heating mode based on various heating modes and related power supply modes. The method firstly determines the power supply mode suited to a certain heating mode, and then the target benchmark heat-to-electricity ratio according to the heating mode heat-to-electricity ratio of cogeneration. Secondly, it determines the overall cycle components of various heating modes with regard to the whole profits of cities. Finally, the performance data of each section of various heating modes are collected and the overall energy efficiencies relative to terminal energy consumption are calculated for comparison.
