| 摘 要： | 提出轴类零件成形采用挤压工艺这一方法，并以平头车刹车蹄片轴进行挤压实验为实例进行分析与计算，结果表明，采用挤压成形代替传统锻造制坯工艺是可行的。

| Abstract: | The forming of axial parts by extrusion is discussed. The horseshoe axle in the brake of a flat headed lorry was taken as an example for analysis, calculation and testing. The results demonstrates that to employ the technology of extrusion for axial parts instead of the traditional blank making process is feasible. |
