工业车辆转向系统纵拉杆机构设计

摘    要:在轮式工业车辆的机械式转向操纵系统中,联系转向器与梯形机构的纵拉杆机构,在构造上属于含有两个球铰和两个圆柱铰的RSSR机构。本文以简单的杆系机构平面运动旋转矩阵来处理这类复杂的空间机构的设计问题,提出了以满足对该机构的运动要求为主,并兼顾传力要求的简便设计方法。

Abstract:The four-bar linkage included in the mechanical steering system of industrial vehicles is composed of the crank of steering gear, longitudinal connecting rod, the arm on kin pin and frame. It is a spatial RSSR mechanism, as its kinematic connect inoolves two cylindrical and two spherical hinges. The design of spatial mechanism,which ought to satisfy the specific requirement of transmission of motion and the ratio of output torque to input torque, is often complex and difficult. In this paper,a design method is presented to soloe above problem simply with plane rotation matrixes. Then, it is followed by an example of practical application.
