| Abstract: | Based on the displacement properties of concrete dam and its base - rock, and the experiences in hydroelectric engineering all over the world,analyses are done for the factors which affect the time-dependent displacement of the concrete dam. And ways that can be used to determinate the unreverse time - dependent displacement of concrete are studied. |
