摘    要:通过对电线电缆设备中的各类大、中型绞盘类铸件的浇注系统的研究,分析了用传统的阿暂公式计算此类铸件的浇注系统,致使铸件易产生浇不足、冷隔、夹砂、粘砂等铸造缺陷的原因介绍了用大孔出流理论设计绞盘类铸件的浇注系统的方法,考虑了浇口比这一影响因素,可有效防止上述缺陷,使铸件的废品率降低,质量提高

Abstract:The gating system of large and medium castings in the devices of making wires and cables have been studied. with the conventional Osann formulation, the gating system designed would result in casting defects: misruns, cold shut, sand inclusion, sand burning etc. Introducing the method of large orifice discharge theory which takes account into the factor of gating scale, the gating systenm of this circular plate castings would be more reasonable. Therefore, those defects were avoided. Accordingly, the percentage of waste was diminished and quality of castings was enhanced.
