| Abstract: | This paper introduces the connotation and the characteristics of the network economy, analyzes on the influence of the network economy on the enterprise's organizational structure, puts forward a kind of new organizational structure mode of the enterprise, and points out that the enterprise, which wants to choose this kind of mode, should make proper treatment of relationship in three aspects. |
