摘    要:讨论了对密闭容器中痕量氢气样品利用钯合金吸氢的特性进行浓缩的方法,对钯合金的吸氢容量做了理论分析,采用样品气透过钯管的方式进行了实验研究。结果表明:利用钯合金吸氢特性设计的透氢装置,以高纯N:为携带气,在温度390~450℃、适当的样品气流速条件下,H2渗透率达70%-80%且恒定,可用于氢的痕量分析;经稳定性、可靠性实验证明该分析方法具有精度高、简便迅速等特点,对痕量氢气的检测极限可提高10-100倍。

Abstract:The method to concentrate trace hydrogen sample in obturator was discussed owing to the characteristic of Pd alloy adsorption hydrogen. The capacity of Pd alloy adsorption hydrogen was theoretically analyzed and the experiment was made through sample gas permeating Pd cannulation. The results show that the permeating hydrogen equipment designed by use of the characteristic of Pd alloy adsorption hydrogen can be applied to analyze trace hydrogen, and the permeating rate of H2 with high pure N2 as carrying gas is stable to 70% ~ 80% at the temperature of 390 ~ 4500C with some sample gas rate. It is proved through experiment of stability and reliability that this method is highly precise and convenient and the test limit could be improved 10-100 times.
