| 摘 要： | OPC是比较新型的技术,而且还不断有新的规范出现,其中的OPCDX规范对目前工控领域中的SCADA系统、DCS系统及多种现场总线标准并存的局面起了协调的作用.依照OPCDX规范设计了OPCDX服务器,给出了OPCDX服务器设计的总体构架,建立了OPCDX的地址空间模型,设计了OPCDX服务器组态配置接口以及OPCDX服务器的实时监控接口,设计了从OPCDX源服务器数据项到目标服务器数据项数据传输以及更新的控制流程,并且实现了MODBUS现场总线和PROFIBUS现场总线的协议转换网关程序.

| Abstract: | OPC technique was newly invented and is advancing.More OPC specifications will be designed.All OPC specifications benefit both uses and vendors of industrial software and hardware.OPC Data Exchange specification is the intermediary of SCADA system,DCS system and all kinds of standard of field bus.A OPC DX Server was designed according to the OPC DX specification.The architecture of the OPC DX server was schemed out.The model of OPC DX address space was well contrived.The OPC DX configuration interface and control and monitoring interface were implemented.It was prescribed to control the data flow from source date item to target data item.A gateway product between MODBUS and PROFIBUS through OPC DX specification was engineered. |
