世界科技社团在国家创新体系中的作用

摘    要: 分析了科技社团在构建国家创新体系的社会机制与组成要素中扮演的独特角色,通过梳理美国、日本、德国等世界主要发达国家科技社团在服务国家科技创新中的实践经验,探讨了科技社团在助力基础应用研究、促进产学研结合、加速科技成果转化等方面的重要作用,总结了科技社团以专业引领力服务国家创新发展战略、以专业影响力参与全球科技创新规则制定、以专业组织力支撑国家科技创新活动的共性规律。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the unique role of scientific and technological societies in building the national innovation system in terms of social mechanism and constituent element. It sorts out the practical experiences of scientific and technological societies of the United States, Japan and Germany, all the world's major developed countries, in serving national scientific and technological innovation. It studies the important role of science and technology society in assisting basic application research, promoting the combination of industries, universities and researches, and accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Then it summarizes the common laws by which scientific and technological societies serve national innovation development strategies with professional leadership, participate in the formulation of global scientific and technological innovation rules with professional influence, and support national scientific and technological innovation activities with professional organizational strength.
