摘    要:教学评估作为一种带有主观性的价值判断,受参与评估人员的心理状态和心理倾向的影响.本文分别对主评者和被评者的若干心理倾向进行阐述,并提出优化评估心理的对策.

Abstract:The assessment of teaching quatily is affected by the subjective characteristics of value judgment, the psychological situation and trend of the assessors. The article puts forward some countermeasure to optimize the assessment quatily on the basis of analyzing the psychological indination of the assessor and the assessed.
