不同产地白花蛇舌草活性成分含量的比较研究

探讨产地对白花蛇舌草(Hedyotis diffusa Willd.)活性成分的影响.用苯酚-浓硫酸法测定白花蛇舌草中多糖含量及用RP-HPLC测定白花蛇舌草中氨基酸的含量.结果表明:不同产地白花蛇舌草中多糖含量有极显著差异,其中福建和河南产的白花蛇舌草多糖含量较高,云南、广西、海南、广东、江苏和湖南的含量均较低.白花蛇舌草所含氨基酸中,各组分之间的含量不同,差异极显著,其中赖氨酸含量最高,苯丙氨酸含量最低;每一组分的含量在产地之间都有变化,不同组分含量变化程度不同,含量变化最大为苯丙氨酸,变异系数为67.98%,甘氨酸的含量变化最小,其变异系数为22.42%;白花蛇舌草中总氨基酸和各类氨基酸的含量在不同产地也有变化,氨基酸总量在产地之间差异极显著,进行栽培种植的产地,其白花蛇舌草中氨基酸总量较高,表现为:湖南>河南>广西>江苏>广东>海南>云南>福建,白花蛇舌草野生生长的产地,其白花蛇舌草中必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的百分比较大,必需氨基酸、半必需氨基酸和支链氨基酸占氨基酸总量的百分比大小分别为:云南>海南>福建>广东>湖南>广西>河南>江苏;河南>广西>福建>广东>海南>湖南>江苏>云南;广西>河南>福建>海南>广东>湖南>云南>江苏.

Comparative Study on the Content of Active Components of Hedyotis diffusa Willd. from Different Producing Areas

To discuss the effect of producing area on active components.The content of polysaccharide was determined in phenol-concentrated sulfuric acid method,and the content of amino acid in RP-HPLC.The results show that the content of polysaccharide in Hedyotis diffusa Willd.from different producing areas is highly significant different,the higher from Fujian and Henan province.The content of amino acid components vary among producing areas.The content of Phe vary most and RSD is 67.98%.The content of Gly vary least and the RSD is 22.42%;the gross content of amino acid is Hunan>Henan>Guangxi>Jiangsu>Guangdong>Hainan>Yunnan>Fujian,the gross content of amino acid is higher from the areas where Hedyotis diffusa is cultivated;the sequence of the percentage of the essential amino acid,the half essential amino acid and the branched chain amino acid are Yunnan>Hainan>Fujian>Guangdong>Hunan>Guangxi>Henan>Jiangsu,Henan>Guangxi>Fujian>Guangdong>Hainan>Hunan>Jiangsu>Yunnan and Guangxi>Henan>Fujian>Hainan>Guangdong>Hunan>Yunnan>Jiangsu respectively,the percentage of the essential amino acid is higher from these areas where Hedyotis diffusa is uncultivated.
