摘    要:以初始体质量为(1.32±0.09)g的青鱼鱼种作为试验对象,以含有等量鱼粉蛋白和植物蛋白的青鱼专用配合饲料作为对照组,用豆粕、菜粕按蛋白含量1:1的比例分别替代25%、50%、75%、100%的鱼粉蛋白配制成5种等氮等能的试验饲料,室内饲喂青鱼56 d,以观察配合饲料中豆粕、菜粕替代鱼粉对青鱼鱼种生长和体组成的影响.试验结果表明:豆粕、菜粕替代25%鱼粉组和替代50%鱼粉组鱼体的增重率、特定生长率和饲料系数均与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);替代25%鱼粉组和对照组的蛋白质效率显著高于替代100%鱼粉组(P<0.05),而两组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);鱼体的水分含量随替代鱼粉比例的增加而显著增加(P<0.05),相反,鱼体脂肪含量随替代鱼粉比例的增加而显著降低(P<0.05);豆粕和菜粕蛋白替代鱼粉蛋白对肝体比、脏体比和肥满度均无显著影响(P>0.05),对青鱼肌肉中的必需氨基酸含量影响也不显著(P>0.05).根据青鱼鱼种的生长性能.青鱼专用配合饲料中用豆粕和菜粕蛋白替代鱼粉的适宜量为25%~50%.
