松口蘑菌丝体生长对碳源需求的研究

摘    要:本了纯培养状态下松口蘑菌丝对不同种类碳源的利用情况,能利用的单糖有葡萄糖、果糖和甘露糖,能利用的双糖有麦芽糖和蔗糖,多糖类和其它形式的碳源几乎不能被利用,在所有碳源中对松口蘑菌丝最适宜的是葡萄糖,本还对松口蘑菌丝在不同碳源上的生长状态进行了比较分析。

Abstract:The different carbon sources,utilized by Tricholoma matsutake mycelia in pure culture condition,were studied in this paper.the mouse that can be used includes glucose,fructose and mannose. In biose,sucrose and maltose are important.Polyose and other forms of carbon source almost can not be utilzed.In all carbon sources,glucose is most appropriate for T.matsutake mycelia. The growth state of mycelia on different carbon sources was also compared in this paper.
