摘    要:本文研究了复合添加剂对铅蓄电池正极活性物质软化脱落和容量的影响.分析了复合添加剂减少软化脱粉的作用机制.加入复合添加剂可以使极板形成高孔率,高强度的结构,并可改变PbO2的结晶过程和改善PbO_2粒子间的结合力.因此可以显著提高正极板的循环寿命.本文还对复合添加剂中各组份的加入量作了一些探讨

Abstract:A new approach of the reducing shedding of positive active mass of lead-acid battery has been studied by adding the com posite-additive in the positive plates. The influence of the composite additive on the capacity of positive plates has been studied and a machinery of which shedding was reduced by adding composite -additive has been analysed . The good coralloid structure can be maitained still at last stage of cyclling and the inter binding force between the PbO_2 grains can be improved when the composite -additive was added. Therefor,adding the composite-additive in the positive plates can effectively prevent shedding of the active mass and improve use factor of the active mass.
