多孔介质反应器的数值模拟

摘    要:利用专业的多物理场耦合软件(COSMOL Multiphysics)对多孔介质反应器模型内的不可压缩流场进行了仿真模拟,计算过程中采用软件中的自由和多孔介质流动和稀物质的传递内置模块,得到了多孔介质反应器内中各组分的浓度场﹑速度场及压力场分布。该模型验证了自由和多孔介质流体在固定床反应器中的耦合。利用后处理软件对计算结果进行分析,为其后期的工业开发提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The uncompressed field flow in a porous medium reactor model was simulated by using professional coupled multiphysics software COSMOL Multiphysics, transport internal modules of the free and porous media flow in the software were adopted during the process of numerical simulation, and the concentration field, velocity field and pressure field distribution of the each ingredient inside the porous medium reactor were obtained. The model verified the coupling of free and porous media flow in fixed bed reactors. The calculation results which will provide a theoretical basis for its post-industrial development of porous medium reactor which was analyzed with post-processing software.
