摘    要:功能梯度材料(FGM)是一类在材料构成要素上从一侧向另一侧呈逐渐变化,进而获得性能相应于组成和结构的变化而变化的非均质复合材料.但是,现有的材料制备技术很难达到组成和结构的连续梯度变化,从而很难达到所设计的梯度性能,这大大限制了功能梯度材料的发展和推广应用.然而纳米

Abstract:In this paper, a new way to prepare one-dimensional gradient materials with a graded size was proposed. By varying the anodic conditions, a two-step anodic oxidation of high purity aluminum was improved for fabricating porous alumina templates with a graded pore diameter. Based on the templates, the graded Bi nanowires were achieved by electrochemical deposition. SEM and TEM images show that the resulted Bi nanowires have obvious graded diameters along the nanowire direction with gradient ranging from about 11 to 55 nm. These graded Bi nanowires may be used as a kind of new functional graded materials due to their gradient structure.
