PV型旋风分离器流场的研究

摘    要:用五孔探针和热线风速仪对高效PV型旋风分离器流场进行了全面的测定.依据流场测定结果,运用平均速度场模式简化雷诺方程,并依据热线风速仪测定结果,给出了涡动粘度的经验计算公式.在将分离器分离空间流场简化为轴对称流场的前提下,对简化了的雷诺方程进行数值求解,讨论了切向速度和轴向速度分布与径向速度分布的关系,并给出了与实测结果吻合较好的切向速度、轴向速度和静压的理论计算结果.

Abstract:The flow field of a PV cyclone separator was measured by using five-hole probe and hot-wire anemometer. The empirical equations for calculating eddy viscosity in the cyclone was given on the basis of the measurement results. The expression of the radial velocity was suitably assumed and the flow field in the separation space of the separator was regarded as an axi-symmetric flow field. Then, the simplified Reynolds equations were solved with numerical method. The relationships among the distributions of the tangential velocity, axial velocity and radial velocity were discussed. The results of the theoretical calculation agreed with the experimental results.
