城市管理的伦理探究——以城市化为背景

改革开放以来,我国城市化发展迅速,但是城市化的快速发展也产生了一系列的诸如环境污染、交通拥挤、市民素质不高、城管执法不文明等城市问题。从伦理的层面讲,加强城市管理需要在设计方面体现伦理思想、规范诚实守信的社会环境、营造健康向上的人文环境、提升市民伦理素质、加强城管文明执法等。

Analysis on Urban Management in the Perspective of Ethics:With the Urbanization as the Background

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese urbanization developed rapidly.But the rapid development of urbanization also brought a series of problems such as environmental pollution,traffic jam,urban residents bad quality,urban managers,s unlawful enforcement,and so on.Seen from ethics,and in order to strengthen urban management,the overall planning of urbanization should reflect the thoughts of ethics in building up an honest social atmosphere and a healthy progressive humanistic environment,promoting civil ethical quality,and strengthening urban managers,s lawful enforcement,etc.
