| 摘 要： | 采用传统的酸碱滴定法测定小剂量水杨酸肠溶片中乙酰水杨酸的含量，研究发现此方法受环境影响较大，采用紫外分光光度法测定，可有效消除温度，湿度等环境影响，平均回收率为100．26％，变异系数为0．2％，且快捷，准确，重现性好。

| Abstract: | It used to determine quantitatively the aspirin in small dose aspirin tables by tradational acid-base titration,but it was heavily impacted by environmental factors.The unspectrophotometry that was used in this article can eliminate the influnencing factors,such as temperature,moisture and so on.The average recovery was 100.26%and the cofficient of variation was 0.13%,furthemore,it was rapid,accurate and repeatale. |
