| 摘 要： | 针对某热轧厂R3轧机的分体式十字轴万向联轴器的轴承盖出现裂纹的现象，用有限元程序Alsor对叉头和轴承盖的强度进行了分析。根据理论分析和实验研究的结果，对该万向联轴器的改造及轧机的操作、维护提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,strength of yoke and bear-cap of cardan cross-pin spindles for the R3 mill in ahot rolling factory was analyzed with finite element program ALGOR on computer to the phenomenonof bear-cap crack. Based on the analysis and test results,recommendations for the mill operation andmaintenance were put forward. |
