摘    要:作者应用“装置模拟与优化”方法对辽化对二甲苯、对甲基苯甲酸甲酯合并氧化生产装置进行了数学模拟和生产调优,使原料二甲苯的单耗下降21kg/t,取得了318万元/年经济效益.

Abstract:By combination of the approach of Process System Engineering with the Chemical Process Research, a more advanced aad reliable models were developed for the cooxidation plant of p-xylene,p-methylbenzenecarboxylic acid ester at Liaoyang P. C. F. Co. By means of the optimal operation of the cooxidation plant of p-xylene, p-methylbenzenecarboxylic acid ester, the unit p-xylene consumption was reduced and a great benefit was gained.
