冷连轧机负荷分配优化研究进展

摘    要:轧制负荷分配优化可以使板带材产量最大化,能耗最小化,有效提高设备利用率和带钢成材率。本文从负荷分配的约束条件、优化目标及优化方法等方面论述了目前国内外理论研究及工程实践的进展;详细介绍了较实用的基于轧制工艺的迭代方法,并介绍了案例推理、粒子群等新兴的理论在冷连轧机负荷分配中的应用。最后指出以板形板厚综合指标为目标函数,以人工智能为寻优方法是冷连轧机轧制负荷分配优化的发展方向a

Abstract:Optimization of rolling load distribution can result in maximized throughput, minimized operating cost, improvement ofutilization factor and rate ofgood production. In this paper, the theory research and project practice advances ofload distribution involved the constraints, goal and method of optimization are described. The iteration method based on rolling technique is presented in details. The new theories used in load distribution of tandem cold rolling such as case-based reasoning and particle swarm optimization are introduced. At last it is pointed out that the application of strip gauge and flatness compensative goal and the artificial intelligence method should be the development direction of load distribution optimization of cold tandem mill.
