大数据集中环境下中小型定点医疗机构信息化建设的探讨

近年来,随着全国"金保工程"的普及,数据逐步向上集中,服务逐步向下延伸,特别是随着数据市级集中、省级集中的方向发展,各项社保服务不仅覆盖了省、市、县等区域,而且延伸到乡镇、街道的每一个定点经办机构,既给参保对象带来了前所未有的福音,也对社会保险管理机构提出的新的挑战,对信息化建设提出了更高的要求。本文以数据大集中的社保环境下,对中小医疗机构的信息化建设提出探讨的方向,解决中小型医疗机构的信息化建设瓶颈,实现资源共享,惠及百姓。

A Research on the Informationization of Medium and Small Fixed Medical Organizations against the Backdrop of Data Centralization

Over the years, with the popularization of national golden insurance project, the data has been gradually centralized towards higher levels, while insurance service gradually extended into lower levels. Especially with the development of data centralization on municipal and provincial levels, the insurance service not only covers provincial, municipal and county areas, but also extends into every fixed medical organization in towns, villages and sub-districts, which brings unprecedented benefits to insurance applicants while bringing new challenges to social security management centers and higher requirements on informationization as well. Against the backdrop of data centralization, the paper comes up with an investigation on the informationization of medium and small fixed medical organizations and makes proposals to the problems, endeavoring to achieve data sharing and benefit civilians.
