| 摘 要： | 针对属性以三角直觉模糊数(TIFN)形式表示和具有不完全权重信息的多属性群决策(MAGDM)问题进行了研究。首先定义了三角直觉模糊广义有序加权平均(TIFGOWA)算子,再利用得分函数和精确函数对方案的排序方法,对不完全权重信息的三角直觉模糊MAGDM问题,运用TIFGOWA算子提出一种新的多目标线性规划的求解方法。最后,运用一个算例说明了本文所提方法的合理性与有效性。

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to develop a methodology for solving multi-attribute group decision making （MAGDM） problems in which the attribute values are expressed with triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers （TIFN） and the attribute weight information is incompiete. First, it defines the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy generalized ordered weighted averaging （TIFGOWA） operator. Then it employs the score and accuracy functions for ranking the TIFN. The weight of the attributes and experts are objectively derived through constructing the multi-objective programming model and solving it by transforming the model into a goal programming. Thereby, the corresponding group decision making method is proposed. Finally, the example analysis of alternatives selection issues verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method in this paper. |
