锅炉管道在内压及温度作用下的应力分析

摘    要:利用有限元方法和经验公式求出了整体锅炉管道在内压和温度作用下的变形及各截面上的弯矩,重点分析了椭圆形截面管上各点的环向应力。结果表明:在内压作用下,沿椭圆形截面环向应力的最大值发生在椭圆长轴顶端的内侧,是破坏的裂源点;椭圆度的大小是影响弯管破坏的最主要因素;内压是造成椭圆形截面管破坏的主要外界因素。

Abstract:By using the finite element method and the empiric formula, the deformation of the entire pipe under the actions of the internal pressure and the high temperature and the bending moment on each section are obtained in this paper. The study centers on distribution of the hoop stress of the pipes with elliptic section. The result shows that under the action of the internal pressure, the maximum value of the hoop stresses are in the inner sides of the ends of major axis of ellipse,and are the crack source points of the failure; the ellipticity is the most important factor that affects the failure of the bended pipes ; and the internal pressure is the major external factor that causes the failure
