| 摘 要： | 中国民间舞蹈来源于民间，是民间传统文化的一种流传形式。民间舞蹈的价值取向大体上体现在它的生命价值和社会价值。这种简洁、明朗的艺术，能缓解人身心的疲惫，满足人们对简朴稚拙的美学形态的渴求，使人达到心理和生理上的平衡，因而仍然赢得人们对民间舞蹈艺术的青睐。

| Abstract: | Coming from the people, the Chinese folk dance is a kind of form of spreading the traditional folk culture. The value orientation of the folk dance represents its life value and social value. This simple and clear art can relieve the people of bodily and psychological tiredness and satisfy the people's desire for the simple aesthetic form so that it can make the people achieve the psychological and physiological balance, thus winning the people's favor. |
