沙生类短命植物异翅独尾草总酚动态变化研究

摘    要:采集沙生类短命植物异翅独尾草苗期、营养生长期、初花期、盛花期、果期的根、茎(花葶)、叶及花,依照Nurmi等1996年提出的改良Fulin-Ciocaltell法测定其中总酚含量。叶和根器官中,总酚含量初花期最高,盛花期最低,且在初花期叶中总酚含量叶上部位〉叶中部位〉叶下部位。花葶和花总酚含量都在盛花期最高。初花期不同器官的总酚含量依次为叶〉根〉花〉花葶。

Abstract:Temporal variation in content of total phenolics in desert ephemeroid plant Eremurus anisopterus was detected by Fulin-Ciocahell method. In leaves and roots, the content of total phenolics reached the highest in initial flowering period and the lowest in profuse flowering period. And the content of total phenolics were higher in upper parts of leaves than those in middle parts and middle parts higher than those in the lower parts. In scape and flower, the content of total phenolics were higher in profuse flowering period than other periods. But among organs in the initial flowering period, the content of total phenolics were higher in leaves than those in hints, roots higher than those in flower and flower higher than those in scape.
