基于DEM的两层结构夹层玻璃冲击破坏特性研究

摘    要:使用自主开发的三维离散元方法(DEM)仿真分析软件,研究了普通夹层玻璃和两层结构夹层玻璃的冲击破坏特性.假定基本等厚的普通夹层玻璃板和两层结构夹层玻璃板均被四周固定,一高速刚性冲击子撞击普通夹层玻璃任一侧的中心和两层结构夹层玻璃两侧的中心.利用三维DEM分别对以上三种情况的冲击破坏过程进行数值模拟,获取各种情况下的冲击子最大冲击力和贯穿能.研究结果表明:作为汽车前挡玻璃,两层结构夹层玻璃比普通夹层玻璃具有更好的安全性.

Abstract:Self-developed three-dimension discrete element method (DEM) software is used for simulating the impact fracture behavior of automobile laminated glass and bi-layer laminated glass. Both kind of glass plates are fixed, a rigid object impacts the center of one side of laminated glass, and both sides of the bi-layer laminated glass at a high-speed.
