| 摘 要： | 在电力行业，应用先进的科学技术，对电网进行改造能带动生产和消费的有效增长。针对重庆市电网技改及业扩工程概预算编制及审查系统的总体要求，通过对系统的静态模型和动态模型的分解和组合，建立一种既独立又相关的功能模块结构，为开发概预算编制系统奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | In power industry, transformation of electrified wire netting, by applying advanced science and technology, will give an impetus to the growth in production and consumption. Upon the total requirements of Chongqing City on it and its general budge compilation and audit system, an independent yet interrelated functional module structure is built through the resolution and combination of the static and dynamic models of the system, which is expected to lay the foundation of developing this general budget compilation system. |
