| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the reasons why the characteristics of paper books bring down the reading rate of Chinese people,and points out that the approach of 3G era will help people access digital library resources anywhere and anytime,enjoy free video and audio information at will,obtain cheap electronic books and the latest information,search resources quickly and do good to narrow the cultural gap between urban and rural areas. |
